resistant lacquer exterior. The body is 2.5mm pressed
aluminum with bakelite handle

Use moderate heat

Cool the pan gradually; do not pour cold water into the
hot pan.

Use non-abrasive cleaning products. Nylon or wooden
utensils will prevent scratching the non-stick surface.
